Our mission is to provide personalized transition services and supports that help individuals seamlessly move into the workforce, maintain employment, or pursue post-secondary education.

Our Team Members
Monica Curtis is a dedicated and results-driven Executive Director with a strong commitment to serving and empowering individuals. Holding a degree in psychology and currently pursuing a Christian counseling degree, she brings a unique blend of strategic vision and empathetic leadership to organizational development. As a certified employment specialist with expertise in business leadership, she is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities, fostering professional growth, and driving impactful change within the communities she serves.
With nearly a decade of experience working with individuals in transition and those with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities—including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), Mild/Moderate Intellectual Disability (MID), ADHD, schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety—Monica is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. She provides compassionate support, advocates for their needs, and empowers them to thrive in all aspects of life.
Daphne Coffee-Roberts is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through work readiness, self-advocacy, and life skills training. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Sociology and Human Services, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work. With a strong background in counseling, vocational rehabilitation, human resource management, and leadership development, she oversees programs that equip students with the tools they need for independent living and career success. Daphne also collaborates with community partners, educators, and businesses to create meaningful learning experiences that support growth, resilience, and opportunity for every participant.

Dr. Buford is a dedicated facilitator with a wealth of experience in community leadership and outreach. Passionate about empowering individuals and strengthening communities, Dr. Buford works to create meaningful connections, foster growth, and drive positive change. With experience as a logistics manager, he brings strategic problem-solving, operational expertise, and a results-driven approach to his coaching. Passionate about helping individuals navigate their career paths, Franklyn empowers others with the skills and confidence needed for success in the workforce.

Now, as a career coach, Helen continues to inspire and uplift others, helping them navigate their professional journeys with confidence and resilience.
